3.5 to 4 uH choke from antenna feed to ground ( across the feedpoint coax ) 
will both provide a DC path and produce a near 50 ohm match for the coax on 
low bands.

Just buy the same ones that mobile antennas have across the feedpoint. Or 
wind it on a dowel rod .

Anyway, you get the idea.
