[TowerTalk] Topband: Shunt feeding tower

As long as the cables are connected tightly to the tower/tower leg
and shields are bonded to the tower top and bottom, you are not
likely to see any problem.  K6SE used crank up towers with the cables
coming down the stand-offs without much reported problem but I don't
have any details on his system.

For several years in the early 1980s back in Ohio I used a half
sloper - the tower was certainly "hot" in that configuration and
there were no rotator/antenna switch issues.
