[TowerTalk] : Nube rebar question

I have sold and bought tens of thousands of dollars of radio  stuff 
(towers, tower parts, antennas) and I am a cheapskate and most of the guys  I sold 
to were cheapskates too.  I, for one, take no offense at Steve's  
assessment.  It's spot on.
