[TowerTalk] HF winch

[Mike Reublin NF4L]

The winch is rated at 2500 lbs. with one layer of cable on the drum, dropping to 1184 with 6 turns. It has a brake, but no mention of a rating. The only thing it says is it's "Auto load-holding, dynamic".
