[TowerTalk] Tower Base Removal

As much as possible it will go in the same place. The lot I live in 
is full of undisturbed soil, so I will probably end up making it a 
bit larger than the
6' x 6' base. I don't have a large lot and really limited to 
locations. I already have the rebar cage assembled, so I want to get 
rid of as much as possible as not to hinder things.
