[TowerTalk] Installing 18HT "Hy-Tower" soon

I am planning to install a Hy-Gain 18HT "Hy-Tower" soon and was wondering if
the standard base configuration is robust enough or should I add to it, i.e.
additional rebar, larger hole size, larger bolts on the base tube, etc.
