[TowerTalk] TH-7DX Revised Dimensions for 10 Meters

Hello-
  I am putting together a HyGain TH-7DX that I have had stored, unopened, for many years. I researched the Tower Talk archives and found some recommended dimensions, taken from an email wrote on May 19, 1998  (forwarded to the TT reflector by N4KG on Feb. 1, 2002) by a Telex designer by the name of Roger Cox, WB0DGF. I wanted to ask before I get finished with this antenna assembly if anyone knew of any other recommendations to deal with the 10 meter gain slope. I believe the antenna, after incorporating the above mentioned changes, centers on 29.0 Mhz on 10 meters. I will be doing no 10 meter work above 29.1 Mhz and wanted to ask if anyone has shifted the 10 meter freq any lower?
