[TowerTalk] Rusty Guy Wires

This might sound silly but I wonder if there could be some sort of 
electrolysis going on up there which is damaging the galvanizing on the 
higher guys. The higher guys are more likely to be in a much higher 
volts/meter field than the lower guys.
