[TowerTalk] Rusty Guy Wires

Put some water diverting doodads on the guy. UV resistant tie wrap?
Maybe a wrap of galvanized wire to match cable in nobility. Wrap enough
to make a barrier to water running past but instead the water would be
directed to fall off the cable at the site of the barrier. Kind of a mod
on the drip loop idea.

I could probably get by with the original bottom sets of guys for many more years, but the top two definitely need replacing, sooner not later.

The amount of rust is nearly the same on the top set and next one down, and nearly the same for the bottom set and next one up, but the difference between the second and third guy level is tremendous.
