Indeed they do. My 120 ft Rohn 25 tower is guyed at four levels to big 
redwoods (all are at least 50 ft taller than the tower, typically 3-4 ft 
diameter), only one guy line per tree. Guys are attached to BIG lag 
screws (about 6 inches x 3/8-in), at 3-4 ft above ground.
