[TowerTalk] Putting in First Tower

IMO this is the guideline you'll need to submit for a permit if one is needed.
 
Pier Pin  base or Cemented in tower section base.   There are two camps 
One who swears by them and one that swears AT them.
 
IMO unless your way overloading the 25G  a cemented in base is ok.
 
The guy anchor base and tower base dimension are in the Rohn site
 
As for future expansion   extend your guy anchor points   to accommodate  that GROTH ☺
