Or use SDR35 drain/sanitary pipe, available at commercial suppliers.  
The strength is much higher than HD perf pipe but less than SCH40.  
Available 4" and up with glued or gasketed joints (used for sanitary and 
more expensive).  The 4" (and maybe larger) are available perforated, 
but I use solid and well glued joints for all conduits.  Condensation 
will occur inside but I've not seen any implementation fill with water.

Don't use sand around perf pipe, it will wash out (or into) over time.  
Use drain rock 3/4 to 1".
