RG174 would even be usable on 160m, not great but useable.  The beverages I built for XA5T were fed with a couple 100 feet of RG58.  We only had to listen to the US so a NE and NW antenna were used.  They worked great on 160M and 80M and we even used them on the higher bands to help split out the pileups since our beams were not rotatable.  Switching from NW to NE made the W7s go away and the W1s pop right up.

I would just bite the bullet on the extra coax and run it through your access patch panel and not worry about the loss.  You could always run two runs and swap the cables and see if you can tell the difference as an experiment but I am doubting it would be noticeable.

Beverage loss on any reasonable rg6 is near zero on low bands.
