Of course there is.  But it ISN'T the units of bulk resistivity.  But how about "What is 
the resistance per unit length of copper wire to be used in winding a transformer?"

Ohm*meters for bulk resistivity is right on.  Actually, we always talked of Ohm*cm 
in the semiconductor biz back when I was working in the field.
