What I did was to encapsulate my anchor rods in concrete by placing them inside of a plastic gutter downspout 'form' and filling it with concrete. Make sure that the bottom of the form is below the top of the anchor so that there is no soil contact with the anchor rod. 73, Fred, K9VV / NP2X
