[TowerTalk] UV resistant wire ties

Prime the outside of the PVC and give it a liberal coat of External Alkyd paint and it greatly reduce deterioration.
I have 3 white PVC pipes underground that have about 4 ft exposed at the tower end. After 17 years there is minimal evidence of deterioration.

Perhaps a little spray paint on exposed wire ties would help.

I use strips of Insulated  #12 Romex wire for ties up the tower. Some of 
these have been in service since early 1980's
