[TowerTalk] Mixing oils in HDX689

There won't likely be a problem either way, but, given the current cost of
oil and the amount in the typical hub, this is a value decsion worth $10 -
the cost between synthetic and conventional oil. For my $10, synthetic oil
is in my hub.
