That's an exception -- a GOOD one, and was W2DU's choice for his choke 
balun. #73 puts the resonance in the middle of HF, so it's a good 
design. So I'll retract my negative comments about it -- IF it uses one 
of Walt's designs with 200 beads. Most so-called W2DU baluns use only 
50, and some don't even use #73.
