[TowerTalk] how much rust is too much?

It might be splitting hairs, I'm not trying to, but I'm adverse about 
anything that uses acid to etch rust off and then has at the metal 
underneath. I'm guessing the "pho" in Ospho is regarding phosphoric 
acid and if someone wants to remove just the rust and no metal, that 
EvapoRust takes a couple days on something with heavy rust.

Since you have to leave the rust immersed, that's why I suggested 
wrapping the area in rags, soak them and then cellophane wrap them to 
keep it the tower legs wet.

Just an idea.
