[TowerTalk] Painting a tower

All the commercial tower I worked around just had paint slathered on it all
- feedlines, guy brackets, clamps, everything.

Not saying it's right, per se, but that seems to be the standard.

I can't see how painting the feedline would hurt it. It should protect it
from UV, actually!
