I have always been in excellent health.  Last fall I started  climbing my 
20 meter tower and got as far as about 40 feet.  I suddenly  felt very light 
headed,  my fingers started tingling and I almost passed  out.  Luckily I 
was belted in and in a few minutes I made it back down the  tower.

A trip to my doctor a couple of days later for all kinds of tests  (EKG 
etc.) proved nothing was wrong with me or my heart.  To this day  I have no 
idea what happened...heat, not hydrated?  But, you can bet I am  always hooked 
to the tower...you never know.
