As drawn in the diagram, the resultant force vector to the tower top will be as if the guy line ran directly straight to the roof. MUST the anchor point be back under the eve? There is no advantage of the pulley/secondary guy method. The force on the tower is more directly downward than desired, causing more tower compression in order to get the needed lateral support.
I assume the tower sections were a gift. Best price is always free!
Personally, I would look for a small self-supporting tower the same height. 4 sections of Rohn BX would be 32 feet.
