I have a C4 with a additional 10 meter element to make it a model C4E. My
instruction book for the antenna was just a C4 plus a addum to install the
extra element. No changes to anything measurement wise on the base C4 to
add the extra element. Of course this was a Force 12 design and not
something I put together on the back of a envelope.  :-)
