[TowerTalk] Replacement Thrust Bearing

Starting with photo 22 shows how I made a rain shield for the top 
bearing on the old style PST-61 rotator.

That would be similar to one for a thrust bearing.

It's a fairly large page so it'd take a long time on dial-up.
