[TowerTalk] choke / balun design needed

You will find that center fed dipoles are rarely balanced and even if 
they were, coax is unbalance,  So the good old choke in Jim's tutorial 
should be a good idea.  The RFI tutorial shows how many cores, the type 
of material for the cores, and how many turns to wind your own.
