That would also be my very vague answer as well. Mostly because ground
loses change with frequency, soil conductivity/permittivity, etc.
I will absolutely say that you did good by putting the radial wire in AND
connecting it to the rebar. It is better to have it in place and find that
it didn't make that much improvement rather than NOT have installed it and
always wonder.
