Thanks for all the replies! I heard from Rog at Tennadyne, and he explained about the use of stainless steel bolts and nylok nuts for the last decade or so. My antenna is at least that old (it probably came from the Texas factory.) So goodbye sheet metal screws! 73, Vince K4JC
