[TowerTalk] Tower climbing lanyards

They are available for much less money - see Northern Tool.  The center hook 
goes to the hook on the back of your climbing harness.  The other two hooks 
go to the legs of the tower as you climb.  One of these two is ALWAYS 
connected to give you 100% connection at all times.
