[TowerTalk] Internet Control of M2 Rotator Controllers

I remotely control my Orion 2800 with a Green Heron controller.  Currently
hooked up to an on-site PC which I then access with TightVNC.  Simple and
effective.

When I figure out how, I will control it with my RemoteRig and skip the
local PC.
