Like Roger, I've been making my own for years. I've used 1/4 inch thick Fiberglas G10 cut in 3 in. X 3 in. pieces. After drilling, I paint it to protect it from UV. You can mount an SO-239 on a small bracket attached to the Fiberglas or just use a coax pig tail. Use stainless or brass hardware.

I haven't had one break yet.

What's wrong with making your own?
They may not be pretty, but they sure are rugged and don't fail like 
many of the commercial, inexpensive, units
