[TowerTalk] Rotator vs Rotor

Hi All,

Lets look at the Hygain rotating system.  The device that is attached inside
the tower turns itself 360 degrees, but it also turns whatever is attached
the same amount.
Thus it is correct to say that it is a ROTOR/ROTATOR because it does both.
