[TowerTalk] Work Platform

Biggest concern I would have without even looking at it is that it was
designed as a tree stand for hunting deer and not work on a steel or
aluminum tower.   I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to doing what the
engineers tell you -- he/she has the stamp.  I don't.
