[TowerTalk] Carolina Winsome and vertical radiator question

OK, it just crossed my mind... happens once in a while.
If you're feeding the Windom with co-ax and you expect the shield to 
radiate, which of the legs is the shield tied to?  The long one or the short 
one?
I would expect that it would make a difference.

Yes, the Balun Design unit is a good choice.  I recently put up a 160m OCFD
at 100ft and in addition to full coverage on 160m the other bands all have a
nice sweet spot.
