[TowerTalk] 80 mts four square or Yagi?

The 2015 March/April issue of QEX has a fascinating article about Wire
Antennas for 80 meter DXing written by Al, K3LC.

Very timely information on this topic.

BTW - my subject line has "Yagi" in it (names always capitalized).
I am sure it was just a typo using yagi all this time.

It works well. I use that a idea as a reflector to my elevated GP on 160m
with one elevated radials as a counterpoise.
Still passiv but will become a phased array with two of those bent elements.
It out hears my relatively short beverage (160m) on the same direction.

You can use a single tower to support four bent wire verticals. K9RS
describes this here->

I have modeled it and the pattern looks good.

1/4
WL radials each vertical and a 3 element wire yagi with boom at 115ft
