[TowerTalk] Adding insulators to bottom guys

[Abrams, Saul (DHSES)]

Loosen all three bottom guys so that there is no real tension on them. This will allow you to drop one bottom guy at a time without pulling the tower out of plumb.  Then replace one guy at a time, remembering not to tension the new guys too much.  Once all three have been replaced, then tension to spec.
