[TowerTalk] Rotating Tower components...

I went through the same selection process just over a year ago, and went with K0XG's rotating base. I have 120 ft of Rohn 55 sitting on it and it rotates cleanly and smoothly, controlled by the Green Heron controller. So far, very pleased with it.
