This will get you close.

If 

468/3.615 = 129.46'

and 

468/3.515 = 133.14'

Then 133.14 - 129.46 = 3.68' or 1.84' (1' 10") per leg.

Now if you know how long the dipole is that is up there now you could recalclate the 468 constant and work the equation with the new constant to get the exact new dimension.

Then there is try try again if you don't get it right the first time.

I have an inverted vee up about 100 feet. It resonates at 3615. From past 
experience, how much should I add to each leg to get it down to 3515?
