I've used aluminum fence wire for antennas for years with never a 
problem.  I've used it from #17 to #10.  Works just fine.  I hook it to 
copper using electrical wire nuts squirted with anti oxidant grease and 
then seal the connection in silicon rubber.  As for sag, never noticed 
any, but I always use open wire line into a real balanced matching 
device so if there was any sag the tuner took care of the extra length.
