Here is one set of experiences with building phased loops
http://www.seed-solutions.com/gregordy/Amateur%20Radio/Experimentation/40%20Meter%20Delta%20Loop%20Array.htm
I spent a considerable modeling effort for a phased pair of delta loops
apex up for 80m hung on an 89' tower but had little success due to the
interaction with the tower. A 3L Bruce with a parasitic reflector
appeared to model better suspended between trees, but I don't have the
right trees for EU.
