For a band decoder, I used the UM BCD-10 (now BCD-14), (see 
http://www.unifiedmicro.com/BCD_14_MAN.pdf). Very easy to configure 
using DXLabs, Commander,  Configuration, and a device table to output a 
BCD value to the band decoder (see 
http://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/ControlAntennaSwitch)
