[TowerTalk] LM-470 Rotor Plate Needed

Mike and Mark, thanks for your suggestion.  Frankly, I was thinking of 
Norm and almost called him this afternoon.  As Mark suggested, we may 
have the Welding Shop of the local high school make one up for us.  They 
apparently love to do stuff like that as training projects.
