##  here is where I had issues with my Rohn TB-4 bearingS. 
Those .375 inch st bolts, that are spaced every 120 degs.
Mine all rusted and seized up really badly.  Had a helluva time 
getting them out.  Replaced with SS hardware, bolts, nuts,
everything swapped to SS.  Then loads of marine grade
never seize.  End of problem.
