[TowerTalk] [Bulk] Vertical Antennas near salt-water

Does anybody have the ground properties for such flats?  e.g. Black Rock 
Desert Playa in NV?  I operated mobile there and got some amazing 
reports.  The Playa is inundated in the winter, and totally impassible 
until the surface hardens up to alkali crust over a base that remains damp.
