[TowerTalk] What to do when you have no height

A low horizontal antenna is both inefficient (because it is low) and a 
poor DX antenna (because what little radiation it produces is at high 
angles.  John says he has no height.  To make that a good DX antenna it 
would need to be up at least a quarter wavelength, and twice that is 
better.
