Douglas, I think the tied off temp guys make is safe to climb and stack the
third section for the permanent guys - unless its incredibly windy then I
would probably wait until it got calmer.  But pulling up a tower section
without a gin pole is less safe in my opinion.  Gin poles are easy to fab -
just use your mast and create a small boom sticking off of it with a pulley.
U bolt the assembly to the top section.  You don't need to buy a gin pole.
Usually all the pieces you have there for the final antenna on a mast
including boom to mast bracket and u-bolts are enough for 25G type tower.
