[TowerTalk] My first tower section is not plumb...

OK,

I am using a plumb bob...First test attaching a plumb bob at 20 ft level 
(top of 2nd tower section)...I see about 5/8 inch of deviation from Sight A 
and 1 1/2 inch deviation from Sight B

Drop a string with weight (plumb bob) from leg at 20 ft point. How far is 
string from leg at concrete base? Do it with no wind.
