[TowerTalk] Force 12 loading coils

John,

I think they use both fixed and adjustable Tornados.  The adjustable
on 80 meter yagis.  I may be wrong but I think that is what they are doing.
Yes I am also glad they no longer use the linear loading wires.  It 
looks like they
got their act together now hihi.
