[TowerTalk] RESOLUTION: 8 antenna-related books

AntennaX support responded to my trouble ticket with a second 
download opportunity, with the caveat:  They do not recommend 
Microsoft Explorer (any version) with Windows-7. They only 
recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari.......

The download proceeded and was successful - even though I used 
WIN-7 & IE10 a second time. I suggested that they add the caveat 
about browsers to their download page to improve customer service. 
And, change the onet-time download to many download on one day to 
assist customers retrying downloads with different browsers.

Bill:

Please use a better browser than MSIE as it is buggy and popularity 
has dropped dramatically. Please download and use one of the following:
Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.

We keep 4-5 browsers available and avoid MSIE. Once it requests a 
file, from then on it will keep looking in its cache on your HD and 
load it although corrupted and not go get a fresh copy. So, it will 
continue to fail.

Nothing wrong with using Win7.

Further, take it slow being a 30MB file will take more time to load.

Will reactivate your order for a new try with another browser.

and the download failed. It left a zip file with 4kB instead of the 
reported 29mB file. I am using Windows7 and IE10. Please increase 
the download counter to MANY for today, so I can try to download

BUYER BEWARE - The download from this site crashed within 1min of 
downloading via Windows-7 and IE-10. Then the site was unavailable 
for several minutes (OVERLOADED?).

The thoughtful system administrator gives you one attempt with a 
manual request for renewed password, rather than a more reasonable 
unlimited trys within one day (or, some other scheme).

So far, no response from AntennaX........... I will report status 
as it unfolds.
