[TowerTalk] 402BA / 402BA-S / 397-S

Ive just picked up a 402BA but was unaware of the issue with element-to-boom insulators which breakdown 
at 500-600 watts. I'm told that this particular antenna is an newer vintage and was used at 1500 watts. 

Can anyone substantiate that a 402BA design or the same design as a 402BA-S or a 397-S was available 
with improved element-to-boom insulators ? If you can validate this offering, then please tell me more about 
the element insulators so that I can inspect & measure these.
