[TowerTalk] direct burial rotor cable

I second using underground Romex. Several years ago, we looked at purchasing
rotor cable for a 270+ foot run and the typical 8 conductor cable was over 3
time was expensive a 14-3/G underground rated Romex. I don't know what the
difference in cost is now but I suspect it is still much cheaper to use
Romex and you get heavier wire to boot.
